Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Pickaway County Republican Party. It consists of the Party Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer. These four officers select one elected Central Committee member to serve as the fifth member of the Executive Committee.
Acting under the authority of the Central Committee, the Executive Committee conducts the routine business of the Party between Central Committee meetings, oversees administrative and financial operations, coordinates party activities and events, supports Republican candidates, and implements the policies and priorities established by the Central Committee.

Travis Ricketts is an Ohio-based public affairs strategist and government relations expert. A lifelong Ohioan from Ashville, he has built a distinguished career spanning more than a decade in state government, policy development, and legislative leadership.
Travis currently serves as State Manager for the America First Policy Institute (AFPI), one of the nation's leading conservative policy organizations. Founded by senior Trump administration officials, AFPI has become the leading policy organization advancing the America First movement. In his role, Travis works directly with state legislators, elected officials, and coalition partners to advance America First policies in Ohio that strengthen families, protect constitutional freedoms, promote economic growth, and improve public safety.
Before joining AFPI, Travis served as Majority Policy Advisor to two Speakers of the Ohio House of Representatives, where he managed legislative priorities across seven committees and advised on 249 bills, with 50 enacted into law. He successfully shepherded complex legislation, including HB 238 on occupational licensing reform, and implemented the Speaker's Priority Jail Funding Formula, securing $75 million in historic county-level investment. Prior to this role, he served as Acting Director and Deputy Director of the Correctional Institution Inspection Committee, where he rebuilt agency operations, expanded staffing, and directed inspections of 31 correctional facilities across Ohio.
In addition to serving as Chairman of the Pickaway County Republican Party, Travis serves as Central Ohio Regional County Chair Representative to the Ohio Republican Party and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Pickaway County Visitors Bureau, where he helps promote tourism and economic development throughout the county. He lives in Ashville and remains committed to helping implement President Trump's America First agenda in Ohio, electing conservative leaders, and strengthening the communities that call Pickaway County home.

Sandy Darby
VICE CHAIR
Sandy Darby serves as Vice Chairman of the Pickaway County Republican Party, bringing decades of experience in public service, party leadership, and grassroots organization.
Sandy retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation after a distinguished 30-year career, where she held leadership positions in accounting, auditing, budget and fiscal management, and served as Fiscal Officer for the Office of Traffic Engineering.
She has been a member of the Pickaway County Republican Central Committee since 2016 and currently serves as Vice Chairman. She previously served as the committee's Secretary and has been a dedicated leader within the Pickaway County Women's Republican Club, serving as President from 2012 to 2020 and as Vice President from 2020 until 2022.
At the state level, Sandy serves as District Administrator for the Ohio Federation of Republican Women (District 12) and was a member of the OFRW Board of Directors, where she served as Program Chair. In 2024, she was selected as an Alternate Delegate to the Republican National Convention for President Donald J. Trump.
Her commitment to Republican politics spans decades. She was the Republican nominee for Pickaway County Auditor in 2014, served as co-chair of Governor Mitt Romney's presidential campaign in Pickaway County, and worked on the campaigns of former Congressmen Steve Austria and Steve Stivers. She also previously served as Treasurer for the Pickaway County Commissioners.
While living in Greenup County, Kentucky, from 2003 to 2009, Sandy served as Vice Chair and later Chair of the Greenup County Republican Party. She also served on the city's Ethics Board and was honored as a Kentucky Colonel by Governor Steve Beshear in 2009 in recognition of her service to the Commonwealth.
Today, Sandy also serves on the Pickaway County Board of Elections. She and her husband, Richard, have been married for more than 57 years and remain active members of the Pickaway County community.

Mike Agosta
TREASURER
Mike Agosta serves as Treasurer of the Pickaway County Republican Party and brings decades of leadership experience in business, education, and community service.
Michael Agosta and his wife Angela have lived in Pickaway County since 1989. Michael is a lifelong Republican and is proud to have voted for Ronald Reagan, as a first-time voter in 1980.
Michael completed an associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Hocking College, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University. He is currently employed by PHPK Technologies, Columbus, Ohio, as V.P. of Engineering and General Manager.
Michael is a Pickaway County Fellow, serves on the Logan Elm School Board and is on the board of the Ohio Retail Food Safety Advisory Council (RFSAC) and is currently the Pickaway County Central Committee Treasurer. He is a past president and coach for Logan Elm Youth Football, served as Treasurer for the Washington Elementary PTO, and has coached youth basketball and baseball.
Michael and Angela have three children. Adam, graduating in 2014 from Logan Elm, completing an Electrical Engineering Degree from the Ohio State University while enrolled in the Navy ROTC program. Adam is now a commissioned officer and pilot in the United States Navy. Matthew and Rachel both graduated from Logan Elm in 2017. Matthew completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering while running Cross Country for Ohio University. Matthew is currently employed by a defense contractor in San Diego California. Rachel completed an Integrated Math Degree at Ohio University and is now teaching high school math for, and living in, the City of Chicago.
Michael is proud to be a member of the Pickaway County Republican Party.

Ronde Cook-Brushart
SECRETARY
Ronde Cook‑Brushart currently serves as Secretary for the Pickaway Co. Republican party and also served as the party Treasurer for the last 7 years. Ronde is a lifelong republican but became more involved with the Pickaway GOP in 2012 and ran for election of Central Committee for Harrison Twp in 2017. Ronde is currently the Campaign Treasurer for both the Mayor of Circleville and the Sheriff for Pickaway County. A Dedicated fiscal leader and lifelong community advocate based in Lockbourne, Ohio Ronde brings management experience to the team.Ronde and her husband Glen Brushart (Research Scientist) have lived in Pickaway County for 22 years and have been married 23 years, with two daughters Raina who will be attending Miami of Ohio in the fall and Glenna will be attending Teays valley East 8th grade.
Ronde Cook Brushart is from Granville Ohio where she lived with her parents and two brothers attending Granville Schools. Ronde received her degree in Applied Business with a Minor in Marketing from The Ohio State/COTC branch.
As Chief Fiscal Officer for the Pickaway County Clerk of Courts, she manages fiscal responsibilities for the Legal and Title departments. Ronde has held long‑term leadership roles with Big Brothers Big Sisters and local civic organizations, mentoring at‑risk youth, serving on Harrison Twp Zoning board as Vice Chair since 2012, and supporting historical preservation and school PTO efforts.
Ronde Cook‑Brushart combines strong fiscal management working in banking through college to running the checking services dept directly after graduation for Columbus National Bank. Ronde worked for Citi bank for the majority of her career as District Manager for Southern Ohio as well as Regional Sales manager for the state of Kentucky with awards twice to the Chairman Forum, the Impact award and Manager of the year.
Ronde has a deep commitment to community service as President and Vice President of Big Brothers Big Sisters board of Directors, as well as Big Sister to multiple at‑risk teens, and has been a trustee for the Round-Town Conservancy, PTO officer President and Treasurer for Ashville and South Bloomfield Elementary, she has been an active church member at Village Chapel for many years. Her volunteer work earned her local honors, including the Lifetime Achievement Award for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Pickaway County Volunteer of the Year and Ashville Heritage & Preservation Society. Ronde brings steady leadership, mentorship, and a service‑first mindset to every role she holds. She is a proud Pickaway Republican excited for our Party’s future.
